What the review can cover
The website’s files, software, accounts, relevant configuration and available backups can be reviewed within an agreed scope. The aim is to understand the visible problem and the work needed to return the site to useful operation.
Unknowns should stay visible in the plan, including missing logs, uncertain backup dates and provider-controlled systems.
What you should receive
An explanation of what was found, what was changed, how recovery was checked and what still needs attention. Continued monitoring and maintenance should have a named owner and an agreed scope.
A normal-looking page or a single scan is not a promise that every issue has been found. No complete-security guarantee or recovery deadline is offered before the incident is reviewed.
Provider and specialist coordination
Faith Forge Labs is independent from your host and software vendors. Account recovery, infrastructure incidents or wider business-system investigations may require those providers or another specialist. We will identify where that affects the proposed website work.
